Yes, we do. In fact, it’s one of the core tenets of our company. We maintain our IATF 16949 certification and continue to strive for perfection.
Does Modineer employ Certified Weld Inspectors?
Yes, Modineer employees several CWIs and all of our welders must pass a rigorous training program and certification testing before they are allowed to produce a customer’s product.
What are the thickest materials your lasers can cut?
Our lasers can cut steel up to 1.00 in. in thickness; stainless steel to 0.5in in thickness.; and aluminum to up to 0.5in in thickness.
What is your largest press brake?
Modineer has eight press brakes in-house that range from 5 feet to 16 feet long with tonnage up to 350.
What size stamping presses does Modineer use?
Modineer has stamping presses up to 1500 tons with beds sizes that are up to 84 inches x 240 inches in length.
Does Modineer have experience with Robotic Welding equipment?
Yes, Modineer has numerous robotic weld cells. These include spot welding robots along with MIG welding robots. Modineer has designed a number of universal weld cells that allow the rapid change out of weld fixturing allow us to continuously run multiple products on one set of robotics.
Can Modineer E-coat and CARC paint products?
Modineer has a dedicated CARC painting facility certified by TACOM and multiple OEMs to provide CARC system of paint to include the pretreatments. Modineer also provides E-coat and Powercoat finishes on two automated processing lines. Modineer has many options when it comes to meeting your metal finishing needs.
